In my previous role as a Junior Clerk, I was responsible for • Provided clerical assistance to senior staff, such as arranging meetings, making copies and answering emails. • Maintained complete and accurate files in both physical and digital formats. • Answered and managed incoming and outgoing calls while recording, accurate messages for distribution to office staff. • Coordinated and scheduled meetings and appointments. • Created and maintained detailed records of all office activities. • Promptly received and forwarded incoming communications, such as phone class, emails and letters, to appropriate staff.
