4. For Tutors

Tutors must provide accurate qualification and experience information
Credits purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Tutors are responsible for their own tax obligations
Tutors must not share student contact information with third parties
Tutors agree to maintain professional conduct at all times

5. For Students/Parents

Students/parents must provide accurate requirement details
Payment arrangements are directly between students and tutors
Students should verify tutor credentials independently
Students must not misuse tutor contact information

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Provide false or misleading information
Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to bypass the platform for direct transactions
Scrape or collect user data without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

MySmartPros is not liable for any disputes between tutors and students, quality of teaching, or any damages arising from the use of our platform. We act solely as a facilitator.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
