Shreya Bhattacharya

About Me

Science has always been my primary area of interest, and completing my Master’s in Microbiology from University of Mumbai has given me a strong conceptual foundation in the subject. I began teaching Environmental science during my second year of my bachelor’s as part of an internship, which sparked my interest in teaching. In June 2022, I joined DBT-ICT as a Research Assistant, where I worked on a bacteria–algae mutualism model. During this time, I was also associated with Tribe Topper Pvt. Ltd. as a Subject Matter Expert in Biology and Chemistry. I later transitioned into this role full-time. I now have over 3 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Biology and Chemistry, which includes tutoring students across various curricula such as IB, IBDP, GCSE, IGCSE, and the Victorian curriculum, along with academic content development. I am looking forward to this opportunity as it aligns well with my experience, and I am keen to take on new challenges to further test and enhance my capabilities.
