About Me

Hi my name is Santwana Burnwal, I am from Mumbai and I have completed graduation in Zoology from Banaras Hindu University in 2020. Then after I prepared for banking exams for 2 years and started my career in Adobe as a customer support executive in 2022 my work has involved retaining the customers who did not wish to continue using adobe softwares by offering them with the benefits and applying discounts. I also have got experience in teaching as I have worked in a CBSE school (2025-2026), where I took English and Hindi classes for grades 1-5. Along with that I worked as a co-ordinator there. Being a quick learner I always try to keep myself updated with the technology and as a teacher, co-ordinator and a customer support executive I feel that it is essential to have the ability to communicate about the brand, solve the related issues, understand and sort them out by being an active listener. This would be a positive a catalyst in the role. As a strong communicator and negotiator I can contribute to the positive work environment . Having the relevant experience and zeal to work under pressure.
