About Me

My name is Aiswarya, and I am a passionate and dedicated English teacher with both school teaching and home tutoring experience. I have one year of experience as a school teacher at Concord English Higher Secondary School, Pannithadam. During my time there, I handled students with patience and dedication, prepared lesson plans, conducted classroom activities, and focused on improving students’ communication, grammar, reading, and writing skills. I always tried to create a positive and friendly classroom atmosphere so that students could learn comfortably and confidently. This experience helped me improve my classroom management skills, communication skills, and teaching methods.Along with my school teaching experience, I also have around eight years of experience as a home tutor. Through home tutoring, I have taught students of different age groups and learning levels. This experience helped me understand the individual learning needs of students and adapt my teaching style according to their abilities. I focused not only on academics but also on building students’ confidence and interest in learning. I believe that every student learns differently, so I always try to make classes interactive, simple, and engaging.
