I teach the Punjabi language to students ranging from Class 6 up to the M.A. level. Over the past year, I have developed a strong passion for helping students not only learn the language but also appreciate its cultural richness and literary beauty. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Punjabi, which allows me to deepen my own understanding and bring advanced knowledge to my teaching. Clearing the Punjab Teacher Eligibility Test (PTET) was a significant milestone for me, as it validates my capability and readiness to teach in schools across Punjab. This achievement has boosted my confidence and reinforced my commitment to delivering quality education in Punjabi. I believe that a strong foundation in language plays a crucial role in academic success and personal growth. I enjoy conducting both online and offline classes to suit the needs of different students. My teaching style is interactive and student-centered. I follow a well-structured lesson plan but always adapt it to keep the sessions engaging and responsive to each learner’s pace. I often use whiteboards, PowerPoint presentations, and videos to make the content more accessible and enjoyable. Understanding that language learning can sometimes be challenging, I create a supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and practicing regularly. I focus on building speaking, reading, and writing skills alongside grammar and vocabulary. My goal is to help students become confident and fluent Punjabi speakers. I believe in continuous improvement, so I regularly update my teaching materials and techniques based on the latest educational research and feedback from my students. I am committed to making Punjabi language learning meaningful and fun, helping my students achieve academic success and a lasting connection to their heritage.
