• Subject Expertise: Deep conceptual knowledge of Class 10 with ability to explain complex topics in simple terms. For competitive exam coaching (IIT-JEE, NEET, UPSC), candidates who have cleared the exam themselves or coached students successfully are strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and/or Hindi. Class 10 tutors who can teach in regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati) get additional student enquiries.
