• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree with Bengali as a major or minor subject (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., B.Ed., M.A., M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA, PhD, or equivalent). For specialised Bengali coaching, higher qualifications and subject-specific certifications are preferred.
• Teaching Experience: At least 1 year of Bengali teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience preferred. Freshers with strong academic records (above 75% or 7.5 CGPA) in Bengali are welcome to apply for primary and middle school levels.
• Subject Expertise: Deep conceptual knowledge of Bengali with ability to explain complex topics in simple terms. For competitive exam coaching (IIT-JEE, NEET, UPSC), candidates who have cleared the exam themselves or coached students successfully are strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and/or Hindi. Bengali tutors who can teach in regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati) get additional student enquiries.
