• Subject Expertise: Deep knowledge of the subject(s) you wish to teach. For competitive exams (IIT-JEE, NEET, UPSC), candidates who have cleared the exam themselves or have coached students to clear it are strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and/or Hindi. Tutors in Puri who can teach in regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati) get additional student enquiries.
• Technology: For online tutoring, you need a laptop or desktop with a webcam, stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), and familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. A digital pen tablet or whiteboard app is a plus.
