Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk duties by answering phone calls, and directing inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized client and caregiver records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Schedule caregiver assignments, and assist with on-boarding new staff members.
• Process billing, invoicing, and insurance documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Support the coordination of home visits by scheduling visits and confirming caregiver availability.
• Handle correspondence via email and phone to facilitate clear communication among team members and clients.
• Assist with administrative projects that improve office workflows and enhance overall service delivery.
• Maintain social media post to promote the agency and gain referrals
• Establish and visit potential referral sources to increase sales.
• Lead the agencies marketing and advertising initiatives to promote growth
Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), RingCentral, AxisCare and similar programs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable populations and team members alike.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or home care services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
