HOW IT WORKS FOR PARENT

How It Works for Parents- MySmartPros.com                                        customer care works on everyday 11am – 8pm

 

  1. Parent/Student needs to sign up as a parent at MySmartPros.com and post their tutor requirement.
  2. After successful  post of your tutor requirement(job id),one of our executive will call you and discuss about your Requirement Or Alternatively you can call on 8341907694/96/97 (11-8pm)
  3. After hiding your contact number, Your Requirement (job id : xxxxx) will be sent via sms & email to all the eligible tutors who are near to your area immediately and posted your requirement on various online tutor flat forms to get better tutor response.
  4. You will get better tutor response within 24-48hrs and your requirement will be live on all flat forms for 48 hrs.
  5. Out of all responded tutors, we will share your contact details for maximum of 5 verified tutors only and the tutor’s details will be sent sms to your Reg. mobile number so that you can take telephone interview and schedule the demos of the responded tutors or alternatively tutors will call you for schedule of demos. 
  6. If the demo is scheduled please ask the tutors to bring their ID & Address Proof while coming for demo and crosscheck them by sign in as a parent and click on “free demo  tutors” If something found suspicious please report our customer care.
  7. To provide better service, you need to give feedback of each and every Responded tutor as soon as possible by sign in as a parent and by click on your “Dash board”. You can give feedback multiple times on a tutor for each and every status (Interview, Demo, Hired or rejected)
  8. If you are not getting any response from the tutors within 48 hrs please repost your tutor request (job id: xxxxx) by click on “EDIT/REPOST” Button by sign in as a parent. Repeat the same until you hired the tutor.
  9. If you hired tutor from MySmartPros.com You need to pay a one-time service charge of Rs1000/-and get one year premium tutor support .(Note: If applicable only otherwise ignore)
  10. Let it be any reason if your tutor requirement is over, you need to close your requirement (job id: xxxxx) by sign in as a parent & click on “close” button Or alternatively by call our customer care from 11am-8pm everyday so that we will stop sharing your contact details to tutors and close your Requirement then you won’t get any unwanted calls from tutors.
