JOB SUMMARY
Apply Job!We are seeking a skilled Admin to work alongside our Sales, Operations & Marketing Departments for our dynamic team. This candidate will play a crucial role in the communication, documentation, and execution of processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual with a passion for supporting our Real Estate Investment team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Documenting key processes & procedures performed on a daily & weekly basis
• Provide administrative support to the management team and staff by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing documents.
• Serve as a point of contact between management and departments
• Maintain accurate records of documents, invoices, emails, and procedures
• Schedule coordination for management team members
• Enter accurate data in systems, including client information, when needed
• Perform general office support duties as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies is adhered to
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Overseeing email marketing campaigns
• Managing the management team’s email & calendar, along with scheduling meetings
• Taking notes & documenting notes during team meetings with follow-up reminders
• Running errands needed for event preparation
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5+ years of proven experience in administrative roles or similar fields that require high detail orientation, time management, and organization (preferably in property maintenance or real estate)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Must live near or around Dana Point, CA
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday business hours
Pay: $60,000 per year
