Job Description:
• Provide bilingual administrative support for project operations, facilitating communication between departments, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with processes and timelines agreed with the client.
• Maintain bilingual (Spanish-English) communication with internal clients and the team.
• Manage and update files, contracts, and documentation for candidates and staff.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes: coordinate interviews, issue credentials and safety equipment.
• Follow up on pending items, deliverables, and agreements in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Centralize relevant project information and prepare basic reports for supervision.
• Assist with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in administrative roles, customer service, or operational support.
• Experience handling and controlling administrative and operational documentation.
• Experience interacting with and coordinating operational personnel.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (reading and writing) for daily communication.
• Clear and assertive communication with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
